The terms that apply when you use this website or work with R P A SOLUTIONS (PVT) LTD. Last updated 19 September 2026.
Our services
We provide social media design, content creation, video editing and content planning. The exact scope, price, delivery dates and number of revisions for each project or retainer are set out in a written quote or agreement, which takes priority over these general terms.
Quotes and payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Monthly retainers are billed in advance at the start of each month.
- Projects may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Revisions and approvals
Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions unless your agreement says otherwise. Work is treated as approved when you confirm it, or when it is published.
Ownership of work
Once an invoice is paid in full, you own the final files we delivered for that invoice. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Stock images, fonts, music and templates from third parties remain under their own licences.
Your materials
You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, photos, videos, product details and other materials you send us, and that our use of them for your project will not break anyone else's rights.
Cancelling
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Work already completed or in production at the time of cancellation is billed as agreed.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information, unreleased products and campaign plans confidential, and only share them with team members working on your account.
Liability
We work with care and skill, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as views, followers or sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Website use
The content on this website belongs to R P A SOLUTIONS (PVT) LTD or its licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use without permission. Case studies marked as samples are examples of the type of work we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
